  1. First of all to activate dry yeast take 1 cup lukewarm water..add sugar in it and stir it for 2 minutes.. then add yeast and stir it....kee6 it aside for 15 minutes to get activated..
  2. Take flour in a bowl and add 1tsp soda biocarb, baking powder,2 tsp butter and mix it well....then add activated yeast init.Mix it well.
  3. Also add some water and make a loose soft dough. Knead it well.Cover it and keep aside for almost 1 hour...the dough will get almost double..
  4. Knead it for almost 10 to 15 minutes. And make 4 equal portions of dough. Take one portion and with the help of Roller pin make a thick roti.
  5. Then spread garlic butter and some chopped coriander on it...stuffed it with boiled corn,capsicum and mozzarella cheese in half portion of roti.leaving the edges..
  6. Then mold it and cover the stuffing as shown in the picture. Press the edges with the help of fork nicely..
  7. Then press the edges of bread wi6 the help of fork.Also make equal cuts on the bread as shown in the picture. Grease the upper side with butter and make equal cuts on the upper side with the knife as shown in the picture..
  8. Preheat the oven for 15minutes.Grease the baking tray with butter and put the bread in it.put it into oven with 180 c temperature for 15 to bake it..
  9. There after take out from the oven and cut into pieces..and serve it with mayonnaise deep or tomato ketchup. Now it is ready to serve..
